We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our cutting-edge projects. As a key member of our team, you will provide invaluable technical expertise, offering guidance to various departments within CMSE, Canon Group companies, distributors, and customers.

What will you do?

  • Provide expert technical advice across multiple departments;
  • Coordinate and manage projects to support CMSE's sales activities;
  • Ensure project budgets are monitored to prevent budget overrun;
  • Collaborate closely with Business Units, Logistics, and internal teams for seamless project execution;
  • Support Sales and Product Managers during pre-sales activities with compelling materials and presentations to the customers;
  • Conduct comprehensive project management training through both classroom sessions and onsite support;

    • What do you bring?

  • Education: Higher vocational level or Bachelor degree in engineering;
  • Proven experience in project engineering;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Preferably experience in technical sales, construction, engineer and project-based work;
  • Budget management skills;
  • Understanding in supporting sales processes in a competitive environment;
  • Strong coordinating and organizational skills;
  • Presenting skills, both internal and at customer site;
  • Proficiency in 3D applications and AutoCAD;
  • Ability to cope with stress and creativity to solve urgent and complex problems;
  • Oral and written proficiency in English.
