As a Senior Project Manager at NPI, you will beresponsible for leading innovative and complex projects inhigh-precision environments such as semiconductor, solar, medicaland analytical industries. You manage the project from thecustomer's request to the implementation of large-scale productionin the factory and delivery to the customer's site. The technologyis advanced and the products are unique. We work according tocustomer order, so your role is critical to the success of ourprojects.

• Work with clients tounderstand their needs and define projectscope.
• Manage stakeholders both externally(customers and suppliers) and internally at different managementlevels and functional areas.
• Ensureavailability and allocation ofresources.
• Develop a detailed project plan totrack progress.
• Manage project scope, scheduleand cost changes.
• Measures project performanceusing appropriate systems, tools and techniques andpresents/escalates to management or project management asneeded.
• Perform risk management to minimizeproject risks.
• Create and maintaincomprehensive projectdocumentation..

Functie-eisen

• Degree in Mechatronics, MechanicalEngineering, Electronics, Physics or related field.Professionalproject management skills, preferably certified (PMP,PRINCE2).
• At least 5-10 years of experience asa project manager in managing new product developmentprojects.
• We can challenge the internalorganization with technological improvements, equipment efficiency,quality improvement and (structural) costreduction.
• Product technology (machining, sheetmetal, assembly, testing and qualification) affinity is highlyrecommended.
• Strong leadership skills, able toinfluence people.
• You are proactive,analytical, creative and have a "can do" way of thinkingAble toraise the level of competence of both individuals andteams..
