Responsibilities:

- We design and lead complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that deliver measurable Customer Business Outcomes (CBOs). - We operate as the technical conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams, ensuring proposed solutions are realistic, achievable, and optimized for customer success. - We provide technical expertise, best practices, and solution demonstrations during the pre-sales motion. - We lead initial scoping, design, and engagement planning to accelerate deal closure and drive customer lifetime value. - We act as a strategic advisor to customer engineering and product leaders on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. - We define cloud operating models and drive enterprise transformation initiatives. - We partner closely with Account Managers, Shared Delivery Teams, and AWS service teams to ensure seamless solution hand-off and successful implementation. - We influence revenue through bookings, solution alignment, and delivery excellence. - We mentor and train team members, create reusable artifacts, and drive process improvements across the organization. - We share technical expertise through internal and external thought leadership. - We translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
