Requirements

### Must have:

### - 10+ years of relevant experience - We work in a hybrid model, requiring 2--3 days per week in our Johannesburg office. - Proficient coding in Python, with excellent knowledge of frameworks such as Django/Flask - Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API services - Experience working in an English-speaking environment - Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills - Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability - Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests - Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting - Basic understanding of frontend JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue is a plus - Knowledge of CI/CD practices is a plus - Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
