We are expanding one of our cross-functional teams to handle partner verifications and screenings. Looking for bold, open, and curious software engineers with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and a deep understanding of modern product development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Modernize our partner systems within a small agile team.
• Own services end to end. Decide how best to build, test, deploy, and monitor.
• Work with large-scale, highly available, and resilient modern systems.
• Support business continuity by working with our current system.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Drive knowledge sharing through demos, presentations, and tutorials.
• Closely collaborate with other departments, including legal, compliance, and customer services.
• Design and implement systems from scratch and work with multiple engineering & product teams across the globe.
• Work on new and upcoming projects: Doing proof of concepts, solving real problems with product & business plus owning projects end to end.
   

What will you bring to the table?

Here’s what we’re looking for from our Senior Software Engineer:

• 5+ years of experience working with object-oriented languages: Kotlin or Java.
• Experience with modern testing practices (unit, integration, regression).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure like AWS / Google Cloud / Azure.
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Sound understanding of 3rd party integrations, API Design, and development & CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with databases either Relational or NoSQL or both.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple and concise way.
• A team player and motivator, you value the input from others, and have a positive impact on the people around you.
• Experience in vue.js is a plus, along with a strong backend engineering core.
