We are now looking for a service engineer to join our propulsion field service team of ten highly skilled engineers working on propulsion systems both electrically and mechanically. The preferred location for the position is in the Netherlands, but due to our large network the whole of central Europe is our playground.

What will you be doing?

In this position, your work will include troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and modify according detailed specifications.

On a typical day, you might be starting with arranging parts on the work site and end the day with removing a thruster.

You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from our Technical Service experts and colleagues.

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have understanding in theoretic mechanical philosophy or electrical background and experience from working safely with your hands and mind on different types of ships propulsion.

As an ideal candidate, you have gained experience from the field and knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings and bulletins. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you to be good with technologies that we are using nowadays, and you are a team-player.
