Software Developer and Project Lead
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Software Developer & Project Lead. The ideal candidate will have a background in programming languages, particularly C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a familiarity with C++. Additionally, experience in database management, project management, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. What will you do?
Develop and maintain software applications using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and occasionally C++
Development is referring to improvement of existing software modules or developing additions to existing main modules to extend their functionality.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to stakeholder.
Manage database systems, including database design, optimization, and maintenance.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve software development processes.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Project Management and Global Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement software projects.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Actively participate in a global level for continuous improvement of platform and other remote capabilities
What do you bring?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is a strong plus
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development field, with at least moderate proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and some experience with C++.
Moderate Proficiency in database management systems.
Experience in managing software projects, including test, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Verbal and written command of English.
Additional European language or Japanese is a plus.
Willing to a minimum to moderate travel;
Living in Netherlands or willing to move, is a plus
