About the role:  

As a Solutions Engineer, your role is a blend of expertise, collaboration, and innovation. You will: 

  • Act as the technical and functional expert for Enablon / CGE solutions, the Bowtie method, barrier thinking and other risk management topics. 

  • Partner with sales and marketing to catapult our solutions into the market. 

  • Craft and deliver compelling demos to both remote and live for often large audiences. 

  • Facilitate training sessions on cutting-edge risk management methodologies and software. 

  • Spearhead consultancy and support implementations.

  • Shine as Enablon’s representative at industry events and conferences. 

 

This position may require travel up to 20% of your time maximum, where you will provide clients with onsite demos, share knowledge at conferences, and engage in enriching internal seminars. 

 

Your profile:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Process Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

  • At least 4 years’ experience in Pre-Sales within a Software/SaaS environment. 

  • Skilled in delivering demos, managing POCs, and navigating the sales cycle. 

  • Experienced with Risk Management, Health & Safety, Barrier Management, or Process Safety. 

  • An exceptional communicator with fluency in English and stellar presentation skills. 

  • A self-starter with an unquenchable thirst to learn and grow.
