Restaurant Bougainville is renowned among connoisseurs for its refined dinners and gastronomic experiences, filled with imaginative creations. Within one year of opening, Restaurant Bougainville was awarded a Michelin star. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn. Since April 2023, the front of house has been led by our Maître d' Sommelier Ronald Opten. With his experience in top gastronomy, including at the Amstel Hotel and Landgoed Duin \& Kruidberg, he is a source of inspiration for both colleagues and guests.
As a Sommelier at Bougainville, you are not only responsible for the preparation and presentation of our wine selection, but you also play a crucial role in the overall guest experience. You advise guests on wines and food pairings at the highest level and are able to share your knowledge and passion in an accessible and welcoming manner. You ensure that every guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience, where attention, detail, and quality are central.
