About the role
As (Sr.) Financial Analyst you will be responsible for the proactive analysis of potential financial improvements and at the same time challenge the financial performance on corporate level. For this, we are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is eager to grow into the organization in a fast-paced environment in which performance is never taken for granted.
This is your new job:
Challenge financial performance on corporate level, both on actual cost development as well as future planning
Proactive analysis of potential financial improvements (also in comparison with competitors)
Prepare, analyze, and challenge Cash Flow Statement during month end closing and planning
Support Finance Management Team and Executive Management in ad-hoc financial analysis
Run financial simulations based on different business scenario‘s
Prepare financial management reporting
Coordinate the financial planning process
This is you:
Master’s degree with focus on Finance & Controlling or equivalent required, advance degree a plus
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance function in an international company or consultancy, depending on educational credentials
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on strong Excel skills and PowerPoint), SAP business warehouse, solid SAP FI/CO knowledge; SAP SAC knowledge beneficial
Strong teamwork orientation
Conceptual and out of the box thinker
Fast anticipation of data and information
Ability to communicate to Senior Level
Independent worker, able to deliver according to planning
Strong analytical mindset and high level of accuracy
Pro-active attitude, with a drive to improve
Drive for results and sparring partner to the organization
Flexibility and individual problem-solving skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
