This position is part of Cognizant’s Enterprise Applications Services (EAS) division which assists clients across industries in reimagining their ERP systems. Our team in the Netherlands includes SAP experts, ranging from junior to senior director level. In addition to this you will collaborate with technical staff members based in other countries where Cognizant operates. As a consultant you will work partly from the client’s site. Within the EAS team, we believe collaboration, personal development and diversity are fundamental to success. Role Objective:

HANA XSA/HANA Cloud Senior Developer should have good expertise in developing/migrating XSA Artifacts to HANA Cloud in Business Application Studio.

Key responsibilities:

Developing/migrating XSA Artifacts to HANA Cloud in Business Application Studio.

·Expertise in working in setting up the HDI for Cross-Container.

·Good Expertise on Calculation View, Stored procedures and Analytical privileges.

·Experience in Azure CI/CD Git repository with Web Ide/Business Application Studio for Parallel development.

·Research for remediation of incompatible features of XSA while moving to HANA Cloud.

·Deployment of applications manually using XS CLI & CF CLI and through Azure Pipeline.

Working on SAP HANA Database security administration including SAP HANA XSA/provide best practices in cloud.

•Work in XSA Security, Users, Roles Setup.

•Work in HANA/XSA performance tuning techniques, Code promotion/Jenkins, Data provisioning.

·Work in Data Tiering & Partitioning.

·Work in Diagnosis of problems and resolution of issues in XSA/HANA.

•Experience in SAP HANA Cloud, BTP.

Requirements:

oStrong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams.

oProactive & Investigative mindset to do research and find solution in case of any surprise/product issue.

oPrior migration experience, Nodejs & Java scripting exposure will be helpful.

oWrite automation scripts for mass activities.
