Position Summary As Staff Frontend Engineer, you are the technical visionary and practice lead driving frontend craftsmanship across Product Development, Horticulture, and Building Automation. While staying hands-on with modern tech, your primary focus is strategic: scaling architectures, defining roadmaps, and elevating engineering standards.
**What You'll Do**
* Technical Strategy \& Architecture: Set the long-term frontend vision, shape architectural designs, and drive the tooling roadmap to meet non-functional requirements (NFRs).
* Standards \& Governance: Define coding standards, design systems, and strategies for code evolution, SSDLC security, and multi-team branching/deployment.
* Cross-Org Leadership \& Innovation: Lead technical direction across domains, evaluate third-party frameworks, and pioneer new technologies.
* Mentorship \& Community: Act as frontend practice lead, mentoring senior engineers, running chapters and guilds, and representing Priva in external tech communities.
