We have built our first ever innocent-owned factory, called ‘the blender’, and we’re looking for a Supply Chain Lead to ensure we can deliver the best service to our drinkers. We are on a really exciting mission and have ambitious and inspirational goals which will be setting us apart from many typical factories. In the role you’ll be accountable for the supply chain and logistics of everything related to making our drinks. You’ll be responsible for the in-year plan, whilst developing and delivering both long-term and short-term sustainability goals. You’ll be driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, as well as ensuring top-notch safety standards.

Leadership
Be a beacon of the company’s values and culture
Engage, coach, develop and retain the team’s newly recruited (so low collective experience) talent
Lead a high performing supply chain (raw materials planning, production scheduling, inventory control) team which continuously raises its game, in line with our values
Contribute to factory management team on overall strategy, leadership development initiatives and building a workplace to be proud of
Ensure team objectives are clear, contribute to overall network performance and manage performance in order to hit them
Manage team administration (from supply chain team budget to people system administration)
Deliver against key people processes to a high standard and role model manager behaviours, e.g. development conversations, “grandparent chats”, coaching, succession planning & talent mapping
Planning team performance, strategy & communications
Champion safety in everything we do, so it becomes our standard way of thinking.
Contribute to 3 year strategy planning and own 1 year plan for the team to deliver company strategy, to then be accountable for in-year delivery against plan
Ensure KPI reporting and reason codes completed on time in full by the team for daily, weekly and monthly reporting/escalations
Develop planning solutions (production, materials and workforce) together with procurement, technical, factory operations, IT and suppliers; building strong partnerships and giving clear direction.
Play an active role representing the planning team as part of the factory leadership team
Ensure planning procedures and instructions are documented, adhered to and updated
Track and report planning-driven financial variances against budget
Cascade company communications & updates from BLT to the planning team
Adding more value
Establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and partners, following the supplier relationship management guidelines
Partner with factory leadership team and capacity manager to ensure the factory ramp up plan for production volumes to hit our budgeted production targets
Support the team in the implementation and hyper care of MRP within our ERP system
Set up processes to map our supply chain capability, reliability & predictability, then lead the approach to improve
You’ll have
Outstanding leadership, coaching, management and communications skills and experience;
Experience in supply planning & scheduling
Manufacturing leadership experience
Experienced in working with and optimising ERP-systems
Impeccable levels of organisation, time management and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix organisation
An operationally focused leader with high EQ that earns respect from team and peers
Able to engage a team on a continuous improvement journey
Dutch and English language skills
