To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:

• Lead and coach a small but enthusiastic team of demand & supply planners
• Be responsible for selecting and managing our logistics service providers.
• Align on processes and inventories with the other companies in the group
• Work closely together with other departments, such as Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Brand
• Oversee the supply chain function including freight, warehousing, and distribution to the customer for the regions Benelux, Nordics, and Germany
• Improve projects related to EDI, ERP optimalisation and Retailer Special projects

The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:

• Relevant functional management experience in demand & supply planning and logistics, preferably in a FMCG company
• 7 years+ international work experience in FMGC of which at least 3 years as a team leader within a planning function
• Track record in optimizing logistics performance in warehousing and distribution
• Extensive experience in implementing and executing S&OP
• Experience with ERP systems linked to order processing, planning and warehouse management, preferably Oracle
• You have worked in international organizations and are able to effectively work in an environment dealing with cultural differences
• Skilled in data analytics, building reports and relevant performance metrics
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
