Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) - Protective
- Lead S&OP Processes: Take charge of and enhance Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and meetings for multiple locations.
- Team Leadership and Coaching: Lead, coach, and facilitate the Supply Chain team to achieve short-term and mid-long-range objectives.
- Inventory Management: Plan and forecast inventory, manage levels, turns, and minimize obsolescence, scrap, and aged inventories.
- Strategic Process Improvement: Continuously improve strategic processes related to order fulfilment, demand, and capacity balancing, developing effective tools and systems.
- Digitalization and ERP Optimization: Enhance the usage of ERP systems and promote digitalization within the Supply Chain environment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Identify and execute projects to improve Supply Chain processes, collaborating with stakeholders like sales, operations, PM, and procurement.
- Supply Chain Masterplan Projects: Drive projects to optimize warehousing layout and distribution efficiency as part of the Supply Chain masterplan.
- KPI Development and Management: Develop, provide, and improve KPIs aligned with functional performance management, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Cost Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, work environment alignment, and manage Supply Chain costs within budget assumptions.
- Order Fulfilment Optimization: Collaborate with the commercial organization to design and enhance the order fulfilment process, executing tasks and projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
- Working knowledge of modern SC Management, S&OP process management, production/ capacity planning, orders fulfilment/ order to cash, warehousing and distribution processes.
- Language skills : English mandatory, French highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.
- Good leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization.
- Strong analytical skills, Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
- Advanced use of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel, ERP architecture.
- Experience in continuous improvement techniques and methods preferred.
