Supply Chain Planner
Inventory Management:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimise inventory levels while minimising excess and obsolete stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Supply Planning and Coordination:
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to develop supply plans that align with demand forecasts and production capacity.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times and quality metrics to ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and minimise impact on operations.
International working environment|Hybrid working
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management or related roles, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different functional areas and organisational levels.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g. Oracle, Demantra, …), advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualisation tools.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency within a supply chain environment.
