Inventory Management:

Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimise inventory levels while minimising excess and obsolete stock.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Supply Planning and Coordination:

Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to develop supply plans that align with demand forecasts and production capacity.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times and quality metrics to ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and minimise impact on operations.

International working environment|Hybrid working

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.
2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management or related roles, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different functional areas and organisational levels.
Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g. Oracle, Demantra, …), advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualisation tools.
Proven track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency within a supply chain environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
