In line with Division objectives and under instructions/guidance of a technical lead or manager, to provide technical support/administration of moderately complex systems/databases/ applications for internal or external customers ensuring high reliability and integration with other projects.

From within the SWIFT Central Control Center, we manage our global and critical financial networks and services. In one of the Level 1 technical teams, we are looking for a candidate who brings the right experience and has the drive to go through an accelerated on the job learning path. We operate in a 24/7 financial world, which means the team works also on a weekend rota (day hours only). With oversight from more senior staff, you will be in the front line to manage the service and keep availability and security to the highest standards.
