Job Description
You are responsible for
- Carries out, independently and according to own judgment, assembly, and commissioning activities for the integration of several parts of a production system based on provided technical product documentation.
- Preparation of calculation and time planning for the area of assembly and commissioning
- Participation in the preparation of the functional specification and the development of technical content and concepts
- Identify and eliminate design flaws in the assembly phase
- Acceptance of modules and systems at the supplier's premises and integration of "turn-key" modules, clarify (diagnose and specify) causes of errors
- Commissioning of machine(s) and processes, measurement of quality-relevant data and dimensions, and suggesting and carrying out remedial measures
- Provides as technical expert third-line maintenance support
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Secondary vocational education in mechatronics or mechanics, or related technical degree, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
- More than 3 years of experience in the assembly and commissioning of industrial production systems
- Knowledge of the medical industry, including standards and regulatory requirements in Healthcare production equipment
- Strong technical skills
- Proficient in English, Dutch preferred
