Talent Acquisition - Program & Project Manager

At DP World we are looking for a Talent Acquisition - Program & Project Manager . This role is part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence (CoE) for Europe. In this role, you are responsible for managing, running and the delivery of European programs and projects in the field of TA. 

The role will support the CoE TA function in managing European and DP World Head Office programs and projects in order to directly contribute to the achievement of Talent Acquisition overall objectives in the Center of Excellence for Europe. This role can be based either from our office in Rotterdam or in Tilburg, The Netherlands .

About the role

How you will contribute

  • The TA Program & Project Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating key strategic projects for Talent Acquisition in the Europe Region according to scope and department initiatives within the CoE Talent Acquisition team. 
  • This position routinely develops, coordinates and completes projects from design implementation to measurement and maintenance of desired outcomes in coordination with management and develops meaningful reports to support business activities.
  • Plan, manage and deliver TA programs & projects on an European level to ensure initiatives and timelines are met. Examples of Programs & Projects are Employer Branding (EVP), Supplier Management, ATS implementation, Diversity & Inclusion, Data driven Recruitment, metrics & analytics and Onboarding.
  • Identify improvement opportunities / innovation in the field of TA by creating and using relevant insights.
  • Drive change management activities in the organization in an agile fashion.
  • What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Intensive experience in Talent Acquisition in combination with managing, running & delivering multiple (improvement) projects of a complex nature in Talent Acquisition. Examples are Employer Branding & Labor Market communication, Vendor/supplier Management, Data Driven Recruitment & Analytics, Diversity & Inclusion, ATS Implementation and Onboarding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship building attitude.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing & Communications as well as Group TA (Head Office). Ability to ‘influence without power’.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to details with a focus on data analytics and quality. 
  • Track record in executing in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with change management and agile ways of working.
  • Knowledge and understanding of an applicant tracking system (ATS), Recruitment Best practices, employment law and legislation in countries of operation. 
  • Languages - You speak and write fluent English – additional languages (German) within Europe are highly preferred.
