What will you be doing?
Within the Technical consultant department you are responsible for identify and driving automation/efficiency projects across the business and deploying our technology solutions to clients. Executing and participating in Strategy and continuous improvement projects along with supporting the commercial teams with your technical knowledge of the tools to provide them with useful input to expand our customer portfolio.
In the Circana Technical Data Analyst role you work together with all internal Operation departments, in particular with Client Service Executives. You are responsible for the overall technical solution, enhancement and troubleshooting. This will also include Data Integration and setup reporting as per client requirement or Circana standard templates.
Deployment of all technology solutions developed by our technology application teams to clients
Identify opportunities for improvement and automation across various business processes and systems
Provide training and support for the CS team by training and coaching of CS executives, act as a consultant for reporting to clients and the internal business.
Design and monitor metrics to check the quality of deliverables and output vs plan and make process improvements
Responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of new products developed within this role
Responsible for the flawless execution of client integration projects within this role, focusing on on-time and accurate execution
Act as the point of contact with other areas of the business providing input to client proposals & participating in client pitches and meetings as appropriate
Provide training to the (CS) organization on several areas of reporting.
Responsible for implementation and troubleshooting of Circana inhouse tools in the NL organization
Requirements
Knowledge of market visualization tools and experience with creating self-serviceable solutions for clients
Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills, using creative solutions to problems
Highly self-motivated, accountable and committed
Possesses a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written –Technical writing skills is advantageous
Strong ability to translate between Technology and Operations colleagues
Proven track record of developing creative solutions to business issues/problems
Evidence of working with cross functional teams towards a common goal is essential
Comfortable with delegating tasks among peers and ensuring on-time follow-through
Ability to facilitate virtual meetings
Advanced knowledge of Excel including areas such as: formulas, conditional formatting, charting, VBA and pivot tables
Fair understanding of market tools like Python, SQL etc.
