Working hours

Manpower is looking for a technical serviceengineer for SolarEdge in Vianen. 

A few of your main responsibilities as a a technicalservice engineer are:

  • Troubleshootingand resolution of complex calls or service cases with higherknowledge demand
  • Engaging in monitoringand troubleshooting support, supervision, and coordination ofcustomers Solar Power Plants
  • Evaluating customer needs with the support managerin the areas of service, training, logistics, and planning andexecute the plan to fulfill them Identify product, documentation,and other issues impairing customer satisfaction and work with theHQ to improve them
  • Assisting the sales team intechnical areas and other needs to close deals
  • Using and identifying needs of the monitoringdatabase of customer installations, usage of SEDGE troubleshootingtools,
  • Working proactively to help branchoffice meet company’s KPI’s
  • Providing technical assistance and support to Tier 1escalations Make sure every issue, call, case is documented in thedatabase

Functie-eisen

  • At least a Secondary vocational education level ofworking and thinking
  • At least three yearsof experience working as a electric engineer, practical engineer orin a similar job
  • Previous experience as asecond level engineer in a technical environment
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language sinceyou will work with instructions in these languages
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office's Word, Excel andPowerpoint
  • IT knowledge and profound technicalknowledge
  • Availability of 40 hours perweek

You are customerorientated and a teamplayer. Furthermore, your communicatieve andinterpersonal skills are excellent. Preferably, you live nearVianen, Utrecht, Amersfoort, Hilversum, Gouda, Alphen aan den Rijnor Dordrecht.
