As a Technician Molecular Biology - Robotics you willperform molecular biological procedures using state-of-the-artliquid handling robotics systems
- Youperform molecular biological procedures such as RNA isolation, cDNAsynthesis, PCR and cloning with the help of state-of-the-art liquidhandling robotics systems
- You will document,process, and analyze experimental results in a timely manner; drawvalid conclusions, and present these to the wider projectteam
- Set high quality standards and takeinitiatives to improve the team and your own work
- You share responsibilities for managing and maintaininglaboratory spaces, equipment and materials

Forthe position of a Technician Molecular Biology - Robotics we arelooking for a bachelor or bachelor or HLO candidate with experiencein molecular biology
PhD candidates are notconsidered for this position
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniquessuch as RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, PCR, cloning, and sequenceanalysis
- Experience with expression ofrecombinant proteins, preferably antibodies, in mammaliansystems
- Affinity with process automation andoptimization using liquid handling robotics (Tecan)
- You like to troubleshoot and are a problem solver when anapparatus gives an error
- You feel comfortablewith big data sets and are enthusiastic about analyzingthem
- Experience with FACS analysis, andprotein expression is a plus
