#### Your role:

As a **Transact Solution Architect / Senior Transact Developer**, you are responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving our Temenos Transact (T24) platform. You combine deep technical expertise with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to deliver reliable, secure, and future-proof banking solutions.

You will take ownership of the full solution lifecycle---from business analysis and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support---while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design end-to-end solution architectures for **Temenos Transact (T24)** and surrounding banking applications, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and maintainability.

* Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions that support the bank's strategic objectives.

* Develop, maintain, and enhance local **Temenos Transact (T24)** developments while continuously improving system performance and operational efficiency.

* Collaborate closely with Business Owners, Product Owners, Operations teams, Technology colleagues, implementation partners, and Temenos specialists throughout the entire project lifecycle.

* Review and validate technical solution designs delivered by implementation partners, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards and development best practices.

* Support Core Banking transformation initiatives, system upgrades, new product implementations, and modernization programmes.

* Design and implement integrations between Temenos Transact and internal or third-party applications using modern integration principles and architecture patterns.

* Provide expert support for production incidents by performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing sustainable long-term solutions.

* Coordinate application releases, deployments, functional testing, smoke testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

* Maintain and continuously improve release management, application lifecycle management, and change management processes.

* Identify technical, operational, and security risks, proactively proposing solutions that ensure compliance with banking regulations and information security standards.

* Monitor application stability, performance, and availability while driving continuous improvements to platform reliability.

* Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to building technical expertise within the Core Banking team through coaching, documentation, and training sessions.

* Work with tools such as **Jira, Confluence, Topdesk**, and modern development practices to ensure effective collaboration and transparent delivery.

* Build strong relationships with business stakeholders by providing technical guidance and helping them maximize the capabilities of the Temenos Transact platform.

* Continuously identify opportunities to improve system architecture, development standards, automation, and engineering practices.

* Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused working environment where quality, ownership, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

### What You Bring?

* 5+ years of experience developing and implementing **Temenos Transact (T24)** solutions within a banking environment.

* Extensive knowledge of **Temenos Transact (T24)** architecture, modules, development tools, and customization frameworks.

* Strong hands-on development experience with **Java, InfoBasic, Python, Shell scripting, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and XML**.

* Solid understanding of **Temenos Extensibility Framework (TEF)** and modern integration technologies.

* Experience designing enterprise-scale solution architectures, APIs, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.

* Strong knowledge of **Core Banking systems**, banking products, and financial services.

* Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting complex incidents, and performing root cause analysis.

* Excellent knowledge of **Unix/Linux** and **Windows** operating systems, including runtime environments such as **TAFC, TAFJ, jBase, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL**.

* Experience with **OpenShift** or other container platforms is considered a strong advantage.

* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps principles, release management, testing methodologies, and change management.

* Experience working in **Agile environments**, preferably using Scrum.

* Knowledge of **Jira, Confluence, Topdesk**, and modern collaboration tools.

* Experience working with implementation partners, third-party vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.

* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
