Short Intro and About the Job

Context :

The Benelux DBS organization scope includes Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands with 5 main streams Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Invoice to Cash, Master Data and Employee Services.
The Benelux Employee Services (ES) department is split between Belgium and the Netherlands with the following scope: International Mobility, Administration & Payroll, Reporting & Solutions, Employee Experience.
The ES department went live in October 2022 and we still have many on-going projects to enhance our way of working through streamlining, digitalization and continuous improvement.

Missions : 

  • Do a rotation in different ES teams (. international mobility, employee experience, reporting & solutions), then will be fully involved on ES roadmap.
  • Involved on the digitalization projects (. self service, on-boarding, time & attendance…), including the change management part.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects by documenting as-is processes, identifying improvements and suggesting new way of working (to-be processes) especially on the following topics: international mobility, insurances, time & attendance. The Junior ES Project Manager will also track and monitor the continuous improvement KPIs.

    • About You

    About you : 

  • You are a dynamic person who ideally has a 1st experience in HR projects and/or change management on digitalization, process mapping, organizational review.
  • You are not afraid of taking new challenges and working in a multi-cultural environment and willing to travel on a regular basis between our different locations.
  • You are speaking English fluently. Speaking French and/or Dutch will be a real asset.
  • A first experience in a matrix & multi-national organization will be a plus.
  • Master degree in HR, Organizational Behaviors or Business. A project (PMI, Prince 2) or change (Prosci) certification will be a plus.

    • Are you eligible for a ? 

    is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

  • You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation. 
  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. 
  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your .
  • You have never done a before. 

    • What are the contractual advantages of the ?

  • There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a your social security is covered by April international. 
  • You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month. 
  • Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid. 
  • The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
