• Calibrationof Diagnostics related to Comprehensive Components (Temperature andPressure sensors) for Aftertreatment systems to ensure that DAFengine development is compliant to OBD regulation and DAF productspecification book
• Specify and Monitor interactionbetween different development teams for involved components andassociated diagnostics.
• Perform Calibration andVerification work on engine and vehicle level related to thesecomponents.
• Development of tools tocontrol, maintain and optimize calibration processes (Testcases /DOE / Simulations / HIL)
• Identify Weaknesses &Opportunities wrt diagnostic, processes andtooling.
• Support Field data analysis forstatistical analysis.
• Support the OBD Certification& Documentationprocess.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor or Master degreeon automotive or mechanical engineering with specialization oninternal combustion engines or after-treatmentsystems.
• Knowledge or interest in OBDregulation and OBDsystems.
• Familiar with operatingprinciples of Automotive Pressure and Temperature Sensors and theirInterface to a ControlUnit
• Structured working approachcombined with pleasure to work inteams.
• Good Matlab/Simulink, DataProcessing Tools & MS-Office skills aremandatory.
• Knowledge about Statistics isrequired
• Good English skills aremandatory combined with willingness to learn Dutch ifneeded.
