The Business Improvement Engineer is responsible fora range of activities aimed at improving business processes andensuring effective implementation of solutions. This includesutilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, quality standards,process mapping, data analytics, change management, and stakeholdermanagement to identify and address problems and opportunities forimprovement.

• Utilizes methodologies such asLean Six Sigma, quality standards, process mapping, data analytics,change management, and stakeholder management to improve businessprocesses.
• Implements solutions andimprovements to these processes.
• Prepares andenforces decisions at tactical/manageriallevel.
• Ensures proper embedding and roll-out ofsolutions in the organization.
• Bringingstakeholders together to ensure cross-sector buy-in and a sense ofurgency around improvements
• Supports projectleads by defining the project scope using techniques like Lean SixSigma.
• Challenges project scopes to ensureeffective solutions are implemented.
• Takesownership of workstream level tasks and drives them tocompletion.
• Makes decisions at task andworkstream level on time.
• Implements and driveschanges in cross-sector processes.
• Ensuressmooth and timely transition of ownership (acceptance) of solutionsto the line organization (both corrective andpreventive).
• Behaves like an entrepreneur,initiating and leading new actions at the boundaries of the projecton a tactical/manageriallevel.
