Employment agency Manpower is looking for a ContractAnalyst for Medtronic in Maastricht.
 
What will you bedoing?

• Drafting, issuing,negotiating and finalizing a variety of clinical agreements(including budgets) utilizing enterprise-wide contractingprocesses.
• Analysis of Fair Market Value (FMV)supporting budget development, negotiation, and documentation.
• Liaising with clinical teams, legal,reimbursement and other functional groups on clinical agreementsand informed consents as appropriate.
• Conducting outsourcing proposal preparationand analysis, contract development and negotiation, contractadministration, and supplier contact activities to provide forproper outsourcing contract execution and fulfillment.
• Tracking progress of contract activities,providing status updates to internal and external parties,compiling and analyzing contract data, and maintaining historicalcontract information

• Two years job experience with managing contracts incombination with a Legal background 
• English speaking, or combination German andEnglish speaking
• Experience with MicrosoftOffice (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previousexperience in a customer-facing role
• Provencross-functional experience
• Contractnegotiation experience
• Availability of 40hours per week
