Job Description The IT Technicianis responsible for providing desktop support to end-users including 2nd Level Application and Technical Support to End Users onsite at Amsterdam Office location.The IT Services Technicianis responsible for resolving all end-user IT incidents/ requests related to end user devices and software including ticket management with SLA parameters.
 

  • Provide hardware support at client sites including Desktop / Laptop / Network / Printer / End User Devices
  • Provide end user software support for Windows and Apple Mac Operating Systems, MS Office Packages and business applications
  • Configure peripheral equipment (e.g. printers, scanners, PDA all data enabled devices)
  • Install and configure hardware for end users
  • Configure and install software onto end user devices 
  • Provide VIP support to client's executive members
  • Respond to Incidents and Requests assigned via the ITSM Tool
  • Ensure Ticket updates are current and end users informed of progress
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware related incidents and requests
  • Perform application troubleshooting and support as per incidents and requests
  • Perform weekly - monthly automated tasks
  • Work with vendors and internal resources to facilitate resolution of incidents and requests
  • Communicate effectively with relevant Stakeholders including team members and Management
  • Liaise with end users to effectively reach resolution on incidents and requests
     
  • Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 Years within an IT Desktop Support environment
  • Proficient in speaking Dutch and English languages
  • Nice to have certifications: MCSE, AppleMac Certification, Relevant IT diploma, ITIL V4 Foundation.
  • Punctual, Team Player, Attention to detail, Display a high level of service excellence.
  • Assertiveness to be displayed and confident person.
