Digital Marketing Specialist, Europe

This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of impactful marketing initiatives across the European region. This will include creating, launching, and monitoring the performance of various marketing campaigns, in partnership with both third-party vendors, internal stakeholders and other marketing team members, to support the growth of lead generation initiatives and drive business outcomes. This role will report into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Europe.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver strategies and tactics for inbound and outbound multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, organic and paid social, display advertising, etc.
  • Define the target audience, needs, and challenges. Identify, and adjust, appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience.
  • Develop content to support online programs, nurtures, webcasts, and digital campaigns that map to target audience and buyer’s journey stage. 
  • Experience working with external agencies including digital, media and creative agencies.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with US marketing team to leverage global assets and share practices to support the European regions.
  • Ability to write compelling copy and calls to action for the target audience.
  • Experience of coordinating with field sales to plan and implement European marketing activities.
  • Experience of supporting marketing programs and processes, especially in digital lead generation activities.
  • Experience in partnering with an corporate sales team.
  • Experience in data analytics and campaign performance tracking 
  • You are KPI driven and can draw insights from the marketing data.
  • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box to strive for success.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of the core digital marketing channels for B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of Marketing verticals including SEM, Paid advertising, CRM, analytics, and tools such as: SEM Rush, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel, LinkedIn, Pardot or Eloqua. 
  • Excellent written communication skills for both external and internal comms. 
  • Must be fluent in English, another European language is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects to meet strict deadlines. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high quality campaigns and deliverables, on time and within budget.
  • Analytical with a strategic approach to making informed decisions with datasets.
  • Seeking a proactive, dynamic, results oriented and customer focused individual.
  • A warm personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent team communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
  • EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six (6) plus years of related experience in marketing
  • Experience in business to business (B2B) marketing
  • Experience with data analytical tools (such as Google Analytics/SFDC) and deriving actionable insights from data for decision making.
