The Executive Compensation Services division is a market leading, and rapidly growing team within CSC, providing a variety of employee incentive services to clients across a broad range of industries. The division services some of the most reputable financial and non-financial services clients globally, whilst also working with entrepreneurial firms and some of the oldest and most employee focused companies in the world.
The position
We want to develop future leaders and our highly experienced team is looking to recruit ambitious and forward-thinking individuals with a strong background in incentive structures and administering these for clients. We are looking for a key individual with the drive and experience to grow a client base in Western Europe and to lead our growth ambition in Europe, tailoring our existing capabilities for local market needs. The right candidate will need to be to work (flexibly) from one of our existing Western Europe offices.
As a Director, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with some key existing clients in Europe and working with our team (headquartered in Jersey, Channel Islands), tailor incentive plan administration solutions to a Western Europe corporate client base. With the support of our senior Executive Compensation Services leadership team and local CSC offices, you will be able to grow a large practice in Europe. You will be committed and driven towards achieving excellence for you and your clients in addition to being proactive and forward thinking.
Your role will be focused on business growth and over-seeing incentive plan administration for a European client base, designing services for local markets, client retention and helping to grow and support our team’s new business inflow from Western Europe. Your responsibilities
Collaborate with the wider Executive Compensation Services division to oversee the management of a portfolio of incentive plan arrangements, demonstrate understanding of tasks and at all times, following internal policies and developing local procedures as appropriate.
Demonstrate an advanced understanding of legal principles, complex structures, and strong commercial acumen relating to incentive plans and deliver that knowledge on client engagements.
To work independently and use your own initiative, lead on client transactions and liaise with relevant third-party advisors and business partners.
Ensure the delivery of client service across the division meets clients and company standards.
Be approachable and accessible to all team members, offering guidance and development when required and assist in any training needs.
Take care of, and establish good relationships with all team members, management, clients, business partners and contacts in your home office.
Communicate openly and honestly with clients and team members on a regular basis.
Following business growth, assist with the hiring and management of a local team to support.
Instrumental in the management of the financials for the western European work, including budgeting, monitoring against performance, review of staff time charging, preparation of quotations for potential and existing clients and billing.
Proactively develop key client, business partners and intermediary relationships and actively contribute to cross-selling opportunities and providing value input into fee proposals and RFI.
Be a key contributor to the global growth of the Executive Compensation Services team, contributing to the senior management team actively and regularly.
Your profile
You will need to be based in one of Western Europe office locations: Luxembourg, Spain (Madrid), Nordics (Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm, Malmo), Germany (Frankfurt), Switzerland (Geneva, Zug, Zurich), Netherlands (Amsterdam).
Strong academic background. Degree level education and relevant professional qualification . ACA/ACCA/CGI/STEP/Legal qualification or equivalent.
Extensive experience in employment related reward structures, either in-house, advisory or administration. Extensive experience in one of more plan types such as share plans, deferred compensation, carried interest, corporate savings and pension plans, or a combination of these.

A desire to learn and ambition to grow their role with CSC, becoming an expert in incentive schemes and sharing that knowledge with your team.
