Director, Relationship Management, NL Institutional Solutions
In this role you will retain existing Netherlands (NL) Institutional clients through proactive maintenance and development of relationships with both clients and their consultants.
You will build relationships with new clients won by the wider NL Institutional Business, cross sell to existing clients where possible and appropriate and participate in the origination of new business and the sales process.
How you'll spend your time...
You will be an advocate for the client within Columbia Threadneedle Investments and seek the status of "trusted adviser" with clients. You will Leverage the time and resources of the investment teams effectively and ensure Salesforce accurately reflects all client details, contact activity and pipeline
You will be expected to maintain up to date knowledge of investment markets and our strategies in order to be able to discuss the same with clients and their consultants whilst achieving all applicable regulatory and risk management standards defined to manage Money Laundering / Terrorist Financing and Sanctions risks.
