About this role

Upon joining the Program you will undertake up to 4 defined rotations including: Innovation, Workplace Technology, End-User Support and Governance which will help to layer your learning of the business. You will also develop your knowledge and technical competency whilst successfully supporting in delivering key business projects.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Innovation: Drive technological progress by creating chat bots, automating internal systems with APIs, integrating AI to enhance productivity and decision making, managing devices and infrastructure with automated deployment tools and pipelines 
• Workplace Technology: Accountable for Technology across JET ensuring end users receive the best in class-digital experience.
• End-User Support: Support end users with physical hardware, servers, networking equipment, applications and networking connections.
• Governance: create and optimise policies, processes, and decision-making structures so we align with our goals, comply with risk and regulation and improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

What will you bring to the table?

• A keen passion for tech
• Basic knowledge of a programming language
• You may have a related tech qualification although this is not necessary
• A good problem solver with a humble & inquisitive approach
• Customer service orientated/good customer service approach
• An analytical thinker
• Ability to adapt and work in a truly international and dynamic business
• A proactive attitude
