We provide expertise in the field of Engineering,Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction andSafety.

Functieomschrijving

• Guide and support teams and individualsin EH&S-related tasks and activities in the field for 40% ofyour time.
• Implement detailedEH&S / IH programs mainly focused on compliance using EH&Swork processes, standards and procedures. Communicate and guideabout changes.
• Works with thefollowing systems; Operational Dashboard, CAPA tool, Documentationcompliance.
• Management ofChange: coach and guide people in the field and promote theManagement of the Change process of the department in an activeway.
• Keep the IH assessmenttool up to date for the facilities.
• Assure compliance with REACH / MSDS’s updatesfor the facilities.
•Participate in EH&S related root causeinvestigations.
• Completeassigned scheduled compliance tasks and guide teams to completetasks.
• Participate inspecific self-assessments/audits as an element focalpoint.
• Report Risk InventoryEvaluations and Risk Reduction plans for thefacilities.
• Strong teammember in all EH&Scommunications.

Functie-eisen

• MBO level 4 education level in atechnical field.
• You are inpossession of a valid MVK and / or HVK certificate, or are willingto obtain it.
• Has a thoroughknowledge of the Dutch and English language in word andwriting.
• Chemistryknowledge/education is a plus.
• EH&S experience is aplus.
• Experience orbackground in an R&D environment is aplus.
