Functieomschrijving

• Developing functional descriptions,drawings, and other engineering documents for power distribution,lighting, and other electrical systems.
• Creating and maintaining specification documentsfor all electrical components and installationprocesses.
• Drafting detailedtest and validation plans to ensure compliance with Classregulations and customer requirements during virtual and real-worldtesting phases.
• Managingvendors and subcontractors to ensure timely projectcontributions.
• Reviewingvendor and subcontractor designs and integrating them into vesseldesigns.
• Developing anddescribing standards and methodologies for detailed engineering andcommissioning.
• Providingsupport in proposal stages by developing conceptual designs ofelectrical power systems.
•Offering technical support or commissioning activities for projectsunder contract.

Functie-eisen

• 3+ years of experience designingcomplex electrical systems, including large power distributionsystems, preferably in maritime, offshore, or industrialsettings.
• Experience indesigning EMC-compliant solutions; familiarity with TEMPESTregulations is advantageous.
•Professional experience in complex projects involvingmultidisciplinary teams and multiplesuppliers/subcontractors.
•Experience working in a model-based system engineering environment(MBSE) according to the V-model.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ElectricalEngineering or a relevant discipline.
• Strong references, as pre-employment securityscreening is standard.
•Permanent EU citizenship and passport arerequired.
