Embedded Software Engineer - Benelux

Your mission

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Welcome to our Business Unit EV Charging. We develop and deliver 360° Solutions all around the Charging sphere. This position is supposed to be in Amsterdam, where we have our workshop. But we are open to find an agile way together with you!

  • Work with the Sungrow team to develop the EV charger in compliance to European standards
  • Analysis and implementation of the various EV charging protocols in depth
  • Embedded software maintenance and functions' development based on real time MCU
  • Software/hardware function test and testing tools development
  • Working closely with the QA team to conduct the troubleshooting, analyze and solve the software/hardware issues
  • New Software/hardware function research and selection according to the team's demand

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in electronic engineering, computer science, software engineering, or other relevant field
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++, experience in real time embedded system design and architecture design
  • Good understanding of memory management working with the embedded software, including BSP, application and common middleware
  • Familiar with EU EV chargers’ charging standard including DIN70121, ISO I5118 and IEC61851-23
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git and SVN)
  • Excellent English skill in speech, reading and writing (at least C1), Chinese is a plus
  • Passion for learning and discovering new technology
  • Team player and communicator, honest and open
