KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead and guideInterface- and System engineers through detailed engineeringprocesses.
• Maintain coherence across designsand disciplines, aligning them with functional requirements, budgetconstraints, and project schedules.
• Serve asthe primary technical liaison, offering guidance to clients andcoordinating designs and stakeholderseffectively.
• Foster close collaboration withProject Managers and maintain regular communication withclients.
• Based primarily at our office in TheHague, you'll make periodic visits to factories and project sitesworldwide.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inelectrical engineering, with at least 5 years' experience as a(lead) engineer in multidisciplinaryprojects.
• Proficiency in low- andmedium-voltage switchgear, transformers, short-circuit andselectivity calculations, and compliance with standards such as IEC61439.
• Skilled in drafting technical reportsand test plans.
• Strong leadership abilities,excellent communication skills, and a knack forcoaching.
• Flexibility for short business tripsand adeptness at working under pressure.
• Fluentin English; proficiency in Dutch isadvantageous.
