The Challenge

We are looking for a Factory Director, with a big passion for manufacturing and biscuits. We offer you the opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission to bring ‘Happiness with every bite’.

The position entails

The factory Director reports directly to our Supply Chain Director, Western Europe and Emerging Markets, Krasimir Stoimenov. Location is Zaandam, the Netherlands.

In the role of factory director, you are responsible for all operational activities, and you ensure a high-quality and efficient/effective operation with a high degree of customer and employee satisfaction.

At group level, the organization has identified several ambitions under their Compete to Win strategic framework that have an impact on the factory in Zaandam regarding automation, reduction of costs per ton etc. You will be leading a Factory Management team.
