In Collaboration with ConnectFX we are looking for a Freelance IT Infrastructure & Security

This role is fully remote - Global applications accepted!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all aspects of ConnextFX's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and cloud services.
• Design, document, and implement secure IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain robust security measures including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data encryption.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging IT security threats and implement appropriate safeguards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security administration.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices (firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Strong organizational and communication skills
