• Design lean assembly processes, definingassemblies, workstation layout, and logistic flows in collaborationwith supply chainengineering.
• Define the manufacturing structure ofnew products and initiate improvements in the assembly process toenhance efficiency andquality.
• Lead process optimizations, costsavings, and risk reductions, driving further professionalizationof our productionprocesses.
• Implement improvement proposals toenhance productmanufacturability.

Functie-eisen

• Technical HBO/WO education in IndustrialEngineering, Supply Chain, Automotive, or MechanicalEngineering.
• Extensive knowledge of assembly andmanufacturing processes, quality assurance, and Lean manufacturingprinciples.
• Proficiency in reading and interpretingtechnical drawings and 3Dmodels.
• Strong communication skills, both verbaland written, with a proactive and decisiveapproach.
• Experience in Factory or ProductionEngineering and production line layout isadvantageous.
• Previous exposure to High-tech orAutomotive environments isbeneficial.
