As a Manufacturing Engineer in the New ProductIntroduction (NPI) department, you'll be at the forefront oftransforming innovative designs into tangible products ready forthe market. Working within a multidisciplinary project team, you'lltake on the technical responsibility of defining the manufacturingstrategy and ensuring the secure assembly process. Your expertisewill be crucial in supporting production to achieve and qualifyprototypes and pilots for volume manufacturing, while also servingas the technical liaison for customerinteractions.

Your role will encompass a range ofcritical tasks, including:

• ProvidingDesign for Excellence (DfX) input and actively participating indevelopment teams, both internal andexternal.
• Ensuring the release anddocumentation of technical aspects through the Product GenerationProcess (PGP).
• Organizing and leading reviewmeetings with customers and suppliers to address technical issuesand gain approval.
• Offering technical supportto work preparation and assembly during prototype and pilotproduction phases.

Functie-eisen

Toexcel in this role, you should possess the following qualificationsand attributes:

• A technical bachelor'sdegree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant workexperience, preferably in industrial manufacturing and engineeringprojects within high-tech machineconstruction.
• Customer-oriented mindset withexcellent communication skills in both Dutch andEnglish.
• Knowledge of production systemsdevelopment and process control in production environments,including process flow, PFMEA, and controlplan.
• Personal attributes such as precision,flexibility, and a proactive approach toproblem-solving.
• Proactive attitude with adecisive approach to tackling challengeshead-on
