We are looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team in Tilburg. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of the team.

What you do on a typical day:

GXO works with different systems, so all data is processed in Excel and Power BI. Extensive knowledge of Excel is therefore essential with intermediate knowledge of Power BI an advantage. In this challenging position you report to the Business Support Manager, Inventory Control and you work closely with your colleagues within Inventory Control. You will work during office hours, Monday to Friday.

• Manage, analyse and maintain operational data as input for the weekly figures
• Provide support with forecasting of (monthly) results
• Drawing up KPI reports
• Identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and putting forward proposals for improvement
• Preparation of various analytical reports

What gives you an extra chance of success at GXO:

• Must be educated to HBO level as a minimum
• Extensive knowledge of Excel is a requirement
• Knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous but not essential
• You are a strong communicator and like to roll up your sleeves
• You can think analytically
• Experience within a logistics working environment is required
• Good command of the English language in word and writing
• Accuracy and good attention to detail is a must
