The IT Change & Compliance Manager has an impact and responsibility across the complete IT organization. Problems faced are focused on multiple domains and ask for prioritized solutions. Contributes to the P&Ls for multiple divisions/business units.
As Renewi fully adopts the Agile ways of working, the IT Change & Compliance manager transitions to coaching teams on delivering value in a SAFe way adhering to compliancy rules while building on the maturity of IT through quality management and KPIs.
Your results
Responsible for all changes to production environments following the IT change management process.
Provide insight of IT performance & compliance through KPI reporting.
IT Performance is measured and transparent, IT leaders are able to make concrete measurable improvements to their performance.
IT Colleagues can easily find their way in IT processes, standard, performance and compliance and can easily understand and perform their roles and obligations under our quality management system.
Core Tasks
Receives change requests, assesses the relevance and priority of the requests.
Assesses the impact of proposed changes. Verifies the performed quality controls prior to submitting the change.
Facilitates the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process.
Provides sign-off of new and/or adjusted Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
Facilitate general external audits on IT compliance.
Coordinate and execute internal controls and self-reporting from IT.
Drive continuous improvement process and actions derived from insights and
ideas in the quality and performance projects, as well as resolution of findings from external and internal audits.

Your profile
Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Technology or Information Management, or comparable work experience.
Experience with IT Change Management and Agile methodologies.
Affinity in IT quality management processes.
