The team

The IT area of Business Lending is responsible for creating, maintaining and improving what is needed to be able to deliver to the needs of our Business clients, in an international setting. This means you will get the opportunity to bring your skills to a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will be part of the leadership team working on the digitalization strategy of Business Lending.

We are looking for an experienced IT Chapter Lead PEGA in Business Lending. Someone who has a passion to lead by example and combines lead engineering skills with great people management skills.   • You have a good understanding of Software Architecture
  • Familiarity with best SRE practice
  • You have at least 5-years of experience in a role as manager and engineering
  • You have strong problem-solving skills to structure and improve complex situations
  • Pega LSA certification is a must
  • Experience and thorough understanding of continuous integration and delivery
  • Java knowledge
  • You are familiar with Monitoring solutions (Kibana, Grafana, PDC)
  • You are able to discuss with your stakeholders and product owner about features and stories and can translate these into software with real business value
  • You think in terms of solutions by analyzing facts and information instead of looking for excuses
  • You have a keen focus on automation and passionate about major trends in the way of working including, for example, Lean IT, continuous delivery, cloud processes, etc
  • Experienced/comfortable in working with an Onsite/Offshore model
