This support role focuses both onindividual assistance as well as preparation for transfer todifferent tools and strategies that provide long term benefits forthe team.
This role delivers avaluable contribution to our main team goal which is thereliability and safety of our processinstallations.
Detaileddescription of the tasks involved in this role:
• Assist in several small changes to existingin-house inspection tools with focus on documentation andefficiency needs.
• Assist inthe transfer to Bluebeam for development of piping inspectionscopes by the inspectors of the FAI team. This software will helpus to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare conversion of the current hardcopymechanical integrity equipment archive to a digitalarchive.
• Assist in transferof the current in-house inspection management tool to the selectedglobal Dow Inspection management tool.
• Finetune and generate the inspection &repair dashboard for fixed asset equipment that is communicatedmonthly at our clients site.
•Help/assist inspectors with IT issues in order to increaseefficiency in inspectiondocumentation.

Functie-eisen

• MBO4 level with preference for ITSystems.
• Fluent in Dutch andproficient in English.
•Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships withinternal and external stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in petrochemicalindustry.
• VCA-VOLcertificate.
