What you’ll do
As an IT Solutions Supervisor Europe you’re based in the Netherlands, preferably in Roermond, where our largest office and the majority of our solutions team are located. In this role you’ll be responsible for IT solutions throughout Europe. This is a pre-sales role where you’ll work with potential customers to identify warehousing and distribution opportunities. So even though you are the IT expert, having a solid understanding of warehousing distribution processes is essential.
As part of a project team, you will design tailored solutions for customers. Sometimes, this involves direct interaction with clients; other times, you’ll work from detailed requirement documents to build IT solutions that meet the customers’ needs.

What you’ll need
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science and technology, computer engineering or something similar.
At least 5 years experience in supply chain management.
At least 3-5 years client solution experience to include:
Business analysis.
Requirements elicitation.
Align IT solutions effectively with business objectives.
IT Solution design (multiple systems hosted in different locations).
IT cost model & assumptions creation.
Ability to explain technical design to non-IT stakeholders.
Willingness to travel. Preferably you already live in Roermond.
Fluency in English. Fluency in Dutch is preferred.
Strong relationship building skills, both internal and external.
Problem solving skills & an analytical mindset.
Strong project management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. And also strong presentation skills, both internal and external.
Client facing experience.
Preferably Healthcare logistics experience.
Preferably experience with SAP & Softeon.
Preferably team management experience.
