Job Title: IT Support Specialist (24 hours per week)
Location: Hoofddorp (on-site)
Contract: Fixed-term (7 months)

**About the role**

For TECS (Turner Engine Control Solutions), we are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to strengthen the team in Hoofddorp. This role is fully focused on user support and day-to-day IT operations. You will be the go-to person for colleagues who need technical assistance and ensure that systems, devices, and applications run smoothly.
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) and requires on-site presence.

**What you will do**

* Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users (mainly NL/EU colleagues)
* Install, configure, and maintain laptops, hardware, and user environments
* Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, basic admin tasks)
* Troubleshoot issues with devices, software, and connectivity
* Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
* Assist with VPN and remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Cisco AnyConnect)
* Support basic ERP usage (Odoo is a plus)
* Ensure systems are secure, updated, and running efficiently

**What they are looking for**

* 2--5 years of experience in an IT support or system admin role
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
* Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
* Experience with hardware support (Windows/Mac)
* Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
* Available for 24 hours per week on-site in Hoofddorp

**What is offered**

* Salary between €3,500 -- €4,500 gross per month (pro rata)
