We are working with a global IT platform based on modular development principles that integrates and enables our business to provide scalable services and solutions to our customers and third parties. It is an open technology platform where producers can share services and consumers can combine these services into scalable business propositions across the bank and third parties. The platform ultimately transforms the way of doing business. Our product area owns the API SDK, automation Framework and other internal tooling for developers. With Backstage, our future engineering portal, we will provide our engineers with documentation, a catalogue, overviews of used products and other tools to enhance the developer experience.

 Your role and responsibilities:

You are a JavaScript developer who has experience with Azure and NPM. You have knowledge of, and/or experience with, the latest JavaScript versions and Web Components concepts and technology with Lit-HTML and Lit-Element. You have experience with applying (front-end) design patterns and architecture.
You have good analytical skills and conceptual understanding. You can quickly understand new technical concepts and technology and you have a strong interest in, and vision of, the latest trends in software development and technology. You have experience with giving presentations and workshops, and in general have strong communication skills that enable you to explain complex technical concepts to non-techies. In addition, it’s in your nature to challenge existing concepts and ideas in order to develop faster or to improve the customer experience.
