Ready to revolutionize property management software?

We’re building innovative property management software and looking for a dynamic Managing Director to lead our SaaS business unit. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of property management services for our current and new business clients.

We specialize in creating property management solutions that connect seamlessly with third-party apps via API, building an efficient marketplace for real estate owners (B2B) who want to manage their garages more effectively. With 12 locations live and a growing demand for our services, we're at an exciting juncture.


Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee full P&L responsibilities for the SaaS business unit, closely working with the Board.
  • Establish standard reporting processes and manage KPIs to guide the SaaS unit’s direction.
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional user experience, championing a customer-first mindset.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including property owners and technology partners.
  • Lead and mentor the team to achieve growth targets and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop impactful campaigns and promotional activities to establish and enhance our brand.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in senior commercial roles, ideally within SaaS, with experience achieving significant growth.
  • Passion for driving innovation and disrupting traditional industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Bonus:

  • Proven track record in commercial roles.
  • Transitioned from consultancy to commercial positions.
  • Around 10 years of strategic and sales experience.
  • Skilled in growing consultancy clients into commercial successes.

Interview process:

  1. First round: Interview with Recruiter.
  2. Second round: Interview with CEO to discuss mission, vision, communication, and team fit.
  3. Team interaction: conversations with team members.
  4. Case study: submission and presentation of a 30-day plan for the unit.
  5. Final presentation: present case study to board members.
