As a experienced Manufacturing & EquipmentEngineer you are the interface between Development and theManufacturing and Customer Support organizations. In this role, youare responsible for the following tasks:

• Support new product introductionto factory and field and are the expert in analysis of complexproblems on-site
• Design for manufacturabilityand improving of the manufacturability and serviceability of thehardware and software by design
• Collaboratingwith and challenge stakeholders
• Cycle timeimprovement
• Provide the industrializationdeliverables towards our Manufacturing and Customer Supportorganization
• Creating workinstructions
• Provide operationalfeedback
• Participate in cross sectoral meetingsand be the link between Manufacturing, Customer Support and theDevelopment organization
• Defining improvementsand follow up actions

Functie-eisen

• 8+ years of relevant work experience asManufacturing Engineer or related
• Experience inworking with complex mechatronicmodules
• Bachelor or Master Degreein Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, ElectricalEngineering or applied Physics
• Experience incollaborating with stakeholders
• Pro-active,looking for practical solutions and a tech savvy engineer, notafraid of doing hands on workyourself.
• Excellent communication skills inEnglish
