Product Analyst
All about the role
As a Product Analyst for our FinTech pillar, you’ll help build an exceptional customer journey for our website and app users. Combining with a range of colleagues, from the Scrum Master to developers and UI/ UX designers, you’re able to add new features, improve conversion, and identify innovation opportunities.
Using data-driven insights, you understand how the user navigates our platform and can locate pain points and find innovative solutions. You’ll then use that data to provide performance insights and monitor our KPIs, communicating your findings to the Product Owner. In this role, we’re also counting on you to:
- Build a clear, quantitative understanding of our users, their usage behaviour, and journeys to guide product design.
- Be the first point of contact for behavioural analysis by using Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery, and similar tools
- Proactively find opportunities to optimise product experiences and drive user adoption & engagement
- Interpret the technical issue behind any question and explain all topics clearly and concisely to stakeholders
- Support the alignment and guidelines of our data infrastructure, as part of the Fintech DNA team
- Support each of the various FinTech value streams: JET For Business, Customer Payments, Partner Payout
Can you deliver…
Here is what we need from you:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, Conversion Optimisation Specialist or another similar job
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau & Google Analytics
- Able to assist with insights from the digital analytics platform & help stakeholders optimise their products for app/ web applications
- Strong understanding of how data is gathered and processed by different tools
- Able to collaborate effectively with product, IT stakeholders and other colleagues
- Good communication skills and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge in a team environment
- Experience in troubleshooting tracking implementations on customer-facing applications is a plus.
- Good knowledge of programming languages – e.g. R or Python is a plus.
- Experience with Snowplow is a plus.
